My name is Amy Adams and I’m from Dallas, Texas. I currently live in Red Oak, Texas and have a 6 year old daughter. I have believed in God all of my life but until recently, never had a relationship with Him. He is an excellent Father, Friend, Helper, and God who has completely changed the way I view myself and what I can aspire to.

A lot of my blogs are based on sermons I’ve heard while others are based off of my personal experiences and conversations I’ve had with the Holy Spirit.

Most of my Christian life, I don’t believe I was a very good Christian. I thought I was a good person but God has graciously shown me a little at a time all my flaws that I always criticized or judged others for doing. Just those 2 words, criticize and judge, show just how bad of a Christian I was. I’m still working on not being critical and judgemental of others, including myself, but I feel there isn’t anyone on this planet who doesn’t judge someone by their actions and appearances.

The true essence of being a Christian is to gain the mind of Christ, love God and love people like God loves people. These are things that are impossible to achieve overnight. For many people, it’s extremely hard to like difficult people, let alone, like them but that’s what God has called us to do. Religion completely constricts people to grow in their walk with Christ and my blogs are meant to encourage, inspire, and show the love of God through my words. I hope God speaks to anyone who reads my blogs. He has a funny way of reaching people in the most uncanny ways.

I’m hoping by the end of 2022, I will get enough people following me on my website to come out with a book idea. I hope to reach faith-based publishers who see my potential and hopefully one day, can be as impactful as people such as Joyce Meyer, Max Lucado, and Sarah Young. These authors have all written books that have touched me on a personal level and have helped me grow in my relationship with Christ and have made me more confident in my walk with Him.

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
